Warranty, Damage, and Return Policy All products manufactured and sold by Manta-Ray, Inc. are guaranteed against manufacturer defect and will be replaced or repaired at no charge if reported promptly. This warranty will be negated if the damage or defect has been caused by misuse or by the delivering carrier. Upon receiving a shipment from us, please count the packages to be sure that they correspond with the Bill of Lading and/or packing list. Inspect all cartons and refuse damaged goods until you have made note of the problem on the Bill of Lading or shipping receipt. Please report any damage to us at once so we can replace the damaged item(s) and file a claim with the carrier. If the item(s) to be returned is defective or was incorrectly shipped by us, it may be returned with no restocking charge. Other returns will have a minimum 20% restocking charge and must be freight prepaid and have prior approval.
